Hoje, quando fui trocar uma lâmpada disseram que estão sob nova direção desde dezembro de 2021 e que eu teria que procurar o fabricante pois a garantia atual é de 3 meses na loja. Além do mais, estão praticando preços absurdos. Tive que comprar na loja ao lado... Nunca mais volto !!!
Disappointing experience. I always bought the lamps from this store with a 1 year warranty. Today, when I went to change a light bulb, they said that they have been under new management since December 2021 and that I would have to look for the manufacturer because the current warranty is 3 months in the store. Furthermore, they are charging ridiculous prices. I had to buy it at the store next door... I'll never go back !!!
