★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semprei dei sorte nas escolhas dos bolos, apesar de as atendentes nunca dizerem qual foi o bolo mais fresco, isto é que saiu a pouco tempo. A entrega é horrível, era melhor não ter. Tendo em vista estes problemas só compro o bolo quando posso buscar. O bolo é bom, mas o atendimento e a entrega DEIXAM A DESEJAR. Parabéns para quem faz os bolos, infelizmente pelos comentários que li, só quem salva por completo é quem faz os bolos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho falar da minha insatisfação e reclamar do ocorrido ontem. Fiz meu pedido antes das 14h e só recebi as 19h. E ainda mais uma das empadas em péssimo estado. Estou muito chateada e decepcionada com a falta de respeito e profissionalismo. Nada de satisfação verídica. Só aceitei o pedido por conta do entregador, pois a loja já estava fechada e o prejuízo seria do rapaz. Hoje ao tentar contato, só faltou dizer que a culpa era minha e se eu quisesse eu poderia ir buscar uma empada. Ofensiva a postura.Nem respondi mais. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Ontem tentei pedir e pela terceira vez, não atendem o telefone, não respondem Whatsapp enfim..não compro e nem indico a mais ninguém. Há tantas outras boas opções...

Empresa com uma grande dificuldade na entrega! Demoram demais na entrega e não informam o real motivo, basta informar no início do atendimento que tem uma demora. Cabe o cliente aguardar ou não! É muito ruim no meio da espera saber que teve um probleminha ou simplesmente " se enrolaram"
Vender é bom, mas manter o cliente é fundamental para a feedback positivo para a empresa!!!

Existe bolos simples só massa e sem recheio e bolos com muitos recheios um pouco mais caro mas não diminui nada a qualidade e sabor. Recomendo a compra não tive percebo diferenças entre filiais, vale a pena ligar para chegar o cardápios.
Homemade cakes manufactured in an industrialized way, wide variety of cakes. There are simple cakes with just dough and no filling and cakes with many fillings a little more expensive but it doesn't diminish the quality and flavor. I recommend the purchase I didn't notice differences between branches, it's worth calling to get the menus.
