★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós venda, material de péssima qualidade muito diferente do que vi no mostruário. As peças não ficam perfeitamente ajustadas, mal acabadas. A entrega foi feita em 2 etapas e os primeiros entregadores não foram nada profissionais
 Terrible after sales, very bad quality material, very different from what I saw in the showcase. The pieces are not perfectly adjusted, poorly finished. The delivery was done in 2 stages and the first couriers were not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que compro nesta loja, comprei uma escada me pediram quase 20 dias pra montar mas fui surpreendida e montaram antes do prazo, os montadores super profissionais, depois comprei uma churrasqueira e retirei no local, fui informada de todo procedimento e fui retirar ...estou super satisfeita! Minha experiência foi boa e eu indico
Second time I shop at this store, I bought a ladder, they asked me for almost 20 days to assemble but I was surprised and they assembled it before the deadline, the super professional assemblers, then I bought a barbecue grill and removed it on site, I was informed of the entire procedure and went to remove .. .I'm super satisfied! My experience was good and I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não recomendo a ninguém tive um problema e precisei cancelar a compra, não intalaram nada e não estornam o meu cartão, pediram 30 dias úteis pra providenciar o estorno já passou esse prazo e em contato com o cartão me informaram que eles ainda nem entraram em contato pra realizar o estorno. Uma empresa é de qualidade quando não somente vende um produto de qualidade, mais quando resolve os problemas que pode aparecer com seus cliente e nesse caso a empresa não está resolvendo, ligo lá só chama ninguem atende, não confie em uma empresa que simplesmente ignora um problema que teve com seu cliente
