Funcionário se acidentou e o outro que estava substituindo até agora nada de me passar informações... Hoje ligo, ligo e ninguém para atender o SAC... AGUARDANDANDO minha troca desde fevereiro e nem se quer consigo saber o que está acontecendo... Meu arroz cheio de bichos !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou super fã dos feijões. Mesmo quando estava caro fazia um esforço para manter a marca. Mais hoje uma decepção foi grande. Na correria fui abrir e escolher/lavar os feijaoes e estavam TODOS MOFOS. Nao havia reparado mais até a embalagem na parte de baixo estava fosca de tanto bolor. A validade está só para dezembro. Fiquei sem feijão pro almoço e sem 7,00 ????
Decepção
I'm a big fan of beans. Even when it was expensive, it made an effort to maintain the brand. But today a disappointment was great. In the rush I went to open and pick / wash the beans and they were ALL MOFOS. He hadn't noticed anymore until the packaging on the bottom was frosted with mold. The validity is only for December. I ran out of beans for lunch and without 7.00 ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o feijão que é um dos mais caros do supermercado e vieram cheios de bichos . Mas muito bichos mesmo, não um ou outro. Enviei e-mail a empresa no dia 25/01/2022. Responderam que ia enviar o produto para ressarcimento em 15 dias. Hoje já são 04/03/2022 e eles não dão sequer uma satisfação. Um descaso total com clientes, não é uma empresa séria infelizmente .
I bought the beans which are one of the most expensive in the supermarket and they came full of bugs. But a lot of animals, not one or the other. I emailed the company on 01/25/2022. They replied that they would send the product for a refund within 15 days. Today it's 04/03/2022 and they don't even give a satisfaction. A total disregard for customers, it is not a serious company unfortunately.
