★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!! Pedi 4 sanduíches 23:00 h. Me disseram que o pedido chegaria em 1 ou 1 e 1/5 hora. Liguei lá, não atenderam. Mandei mensagem via WhatsApp, solicitando o cancelamento do pedio, visualizaram e não responderam. Depois de 2 horas e meia de atraso, o motoqueiro tocou interfone. Já estava dormindo (com fome). Atendi e, infelizmente, dispensei o pedido. "Quem não tem competência que não se estabeleça"!
 Bad experience!! I ordered 4 sandwiches 23:00 h. I was told the order would arrive in 1 or 1 and 1/5 hours. I called there, they didn't answer. I sent a message via WhatsApp, requesting cancellation of the order, they viewed and did not respond. After 2 and a half hours of delay, the biker rang the intercom. I was already sleeping (hungry). I answered and, unfortunately, I dismissed the request. "Who doesn't have competence should not establish himself"!

MUITA FALTA DE CAPRICHO.
NO SITE TA AS EMBALAGENS DO ESTABELECIMENTO E QUANDO CHEGA AQUI VEM ISSO,SACOLA SEM A LOGOMARCA DO COME LANCHES E GARRAFAS.

I PLACED AN ORDER TODAY, IN ADDITION TO DELAY, IT CAME IN AWFUL BOTTLES, RIDICULOUS BAG.
TOO MUCH LACK OF CAPRICLE.
ON THE SITE TA THE PACKAGING OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND WHEN IT GETS HERE IT COMES, BAG WITHOUT THE COME LANCHES AND BOTTLES LOGO.
I SPENT ALMOST 40.00 ON IT..

Pura pasta, sem parmesao tinha uns brotinhos de carne moída de longe,quase nada...,podia jogar na parede que ficava.
O macarrão tinha 3 ingredientes, mas apenas 2 vieram,como erraram isso???!!!! É para piorar, Após longa espera veio um macarrão péssimo, sem sabor, sem dignidade..
Não sei como este lugar ainda funciona!!
Fora o atendimento em q liguei, a moça péssima jogando pro cliente resolver, sem a menor educação. Deve ta estressada de tanta reclamação..
Tudo ruim, não tem como nem piorar.
E vendo as outras avaliações vejo que a falta de qualidade é tradição, pq a comida decente passou longe...

Pure pasta, without parmesan, there were a few buds of ground beef from afar, almost nothing..., I could throw it on the wall that remained.
The noodles had 3 ingredients, but only 2 came, how did they get that wrong???!!!! It's to make it worse, After a long wait came a terrible pasta, without flavor, without dignity..
I don't know how this place still works!!
Apart from the service I called, the terrible girl playing for the customer to solve, without the slightest education. You must be stressed out from so much complaining..
It's all bad, it can't even get worse.
And looking at the other reviews I see that the lack of quality is tradition, because decent food has gone a long way...

Eu e minha família frequentamos a anos e a cada dia o atendimento só piora e q a qualidade vai de mal a pior. Presencialmente ou por app não está valendo a pena mais :-(
Fiz uma reclamação no Reclame Aqui e nunca me responderam. Qdo fui Presencialmente trocar um pedido errado foi uma luta mais de 50 min até que mesmo eu estando no local uma atendente de nome Amanda disse q me entregaria um novo pedido e foi esse sanduíche da foto q me entregaram.

My family and I have been attending for years and every day the service only gets worse and the quality goes from bad to worse. In person or by app it's not worth it anymore :-(
I filed a complaint on Reclame Aqui and they never replied. When I went in person to exchange a wrong order, it was a struggle for more than 50 minutes until, even though I was on the spot, an attendant named Amanda said she would give me a new order and it was this sandwich in the photo that was delivered to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. 1h e 30 minutos esperando no local nossos sanduíches. Quando resolvemos ir embora os sanduíches apareceram só aceitamos pq estávamos com criança mas fomos comer em casa. Quando fomos comer o sanduíche NÃO TINHA OS ACRÉSCIMOS que pedimos. Pouco caso com o cliente. Ainda recebemos a resposta que os pedidos pelo App estavam grandes. Sendo assim abra uma loja online apenas. Vocês não tratam o cliente como deveriam. Péssimo. Decepcionante.
