Tanto no local (com música ruim, atendentes desatentos e cadeiras duras) quanto por delivery (que frequentemente erra o local de entrega) sempre demora (acima de 60 minutos), e hoje esperei (pela última vez) uma entrega por duas horas. A comida veio fria e o entregador é pouco educado. Pra quem quer comida regional decente vale a pena, mas se estiver com tempo e paciência de sobra e não se importar com o atendimento fora do esperado.
The food is really good, but the service spoils everything. Both on site (with bad music, inattentive attendants and hard chairs) and delivery (which often misses the delivery place) always takes (over 60 minutes), and today I waited (for the last time) for a delivery for two hours. The food came cold and the delivery man is uneducated. For those who want decent regional food, it's worth it, but if you have plenty of time and patience and don't mind the unexpected service.
