★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da expansão e da diversidade em artigos de armarinho e papelaria, que encaro como o diferencial da loja, o atendimento e organização deixam a desejar. O número de caixas em horarios de pico é baixo para o atendimento dos clientes, que formam filas gigantescas nós corredores apertados. Fora isso, espero que a reforma melhore o atendimento, o que me deixa bem otimista.
 Despite the expansion and diversity in haberdashery and stationery items, which I see as the store's differential, the service and organization are not enough. The number of boxes at peak times is low for customer service, which form gigantic lines in tight corridors. Other than that, I hope the reform will improve the service, which makes me very optimistic.
