★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra na data de ontem próximo ao horário de fechamento da loja. Eram 3 metros de rufo, no entanto ao chegar em casa percebi que só haviam 2,30 metros. Ou seja, o pedreiro precisou improvisar pois já estava com a massa pronta para instalar. Ao chegar hoje na loja pra solicitar o estorno do valor correspondente ao que não me foi entregue, para minha surpresa, fui informado que não seria efetuado o estorno do valor. Conclusão, a loja me entregou o tamanho incorreto do material solicitado, precisei me virar para não perder a mão de obra do pedreiro e não perder o material que estava pronto para instalar, e ao exercer o meu direito como consumidor, tive o mesmo negado. Parabéns para o gerente da loja que não sabe resolver os problemas quando estes surgem…..
I made a purchase yesterday, close to the store closing time. There were 3 meters of ruff, however when I got home I noticed that there were only 2.30 meters. Congratulations to the store manager who doesn't know how to solve problems when they arise…..
