Douglas nos informou a data de entrega , na qual não ocorreu ; por diversas vezes tentamos pacificamente o contato para resolver a questão da entrega do produto e novas datas eram passadas e confirmadas pelo mesmo , e sempre não sendo atendida ! Um descaso . No momento estou sem o produto e os telefones de contato sem resposta . INRESPONSAVEIS !!! Esse local (r.cantareira,932-luz-SP R.E.Quadros ou comercial de Quadros) não está apto para compras.

Douglas informed us the delivery date, which did not occur; on several occasions we peacefully tried to contact them to resolve the issue of product delivery and new dates were passed and confirmed by the same, and were not always answered! A neglect. I am currently without the product and the contact phones are unanswered. UNRESPONSIBLE !!! This location (r.cantareira, 932-luz-SP R.E.Quadros or Quadros commercial) is not suitable for shopping.
