Retornamos a loja para tentar negociar a troca de voltagem de uma resistência de chuveiro, mas fomos tratados com hostilidade e descaso, logo de início, mesmo sendo clientes antigos. Pelo contrário, jogou toda a culpa do problema em nós. O fato é que há uma semana, fomos a esta loja para comprar a resistência, contudo esquecemos de informar a voltagem. O vendedor não fez questão tbm de perguntar ("bom vendedor"?). O mesmo tbm não ofertou nenhum cupom ou nota fiscal do produto. Erros nossos? Sim. Mas 50% erros do vendedor, que se preocupou em apenas ganhar o dinheiro e não em satisfazer o cliente. Hoje na nossa tentativa de negociação, o mesmo vendedor se mostrou inflexível por mais de uma vez, dificultando tudo. Conclusão: nada foi resolvido para nós. Nota zero para a loja, que acabou perdendo cliente antigo. Agora vamos para as lojas concorrentes, onde provavelmente receberemos o tratamento que merecemos.

The salesman did not ask either ("good seller"?). The same also did not offer any coupon or invoice for the product. Our mistakes? Yes. But 50% errors from the seller, who was concerned with just making money and not satisfying the customer. Today in our attempt to negotiate, the same salesman has been adamant more than once, making everything difficult. Conclusion: nothing has been resolved for us. Zero score for the store, which ended up losing its old customer. Now we go to competing stores, where we will probably receive the treatment we deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ok. Demoraram quase 30 minutos pra trocar uma resistência de chuveiro que estava na garantia! Na hora que a pessoa me entregou o outro produto, parecia q eu havia violado alguma coisa na loja! Precisam melhorar a simpatia! Simpatia pra vender é fácil, mas o pós venda também é importante!
Service very ok. It took almost 30 minutes to change a shower resistance that was under warranty! When the person handed me the other product, it looked like I had violated something in the store! They need to improve their sympathy! Friendliness to sell is easy, but post-sale is also important!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha primeira ida a loja no dia 14/05 tive um ótimo atendimento com um dos vendedores. Aí no dia 21/05 tive necessidade de realizar uma troca e fui atendida por um dos donos do estabelecimento, o Sr. Cristiano. O pior atendimento que eu já tive, ainda mais vindo de um proprietário, uma pessoa totalmente ignorante e arrogante. Se puderem optar ir em outra loja, vão pra não ter esse estresse no dia de vocês!
On my first trip to the store on the 14/05th I had a great service with one of the sellers. Then on the 21/05th I needed to make an exchange and I was attended by one of the owners of the establishment, Mr. Christian. The worst service I've ever had, even more coming from an owner, a totally ignorant and arrogant person. If you can choose to go to another store, go so you don't have that stress on your day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja cheia e algumas pessoas, inclusive eu aguardando para trocar a resistência de um chuveiro, desce uma moça as escadas falando que no sábado não troca resistência de chuveiro, e que faria um favor, de liberar a troca das resistências dos clientes que ali estavam em uma fila já algum tempo esperando. ( Clientes prontos para gastar dinheiro no comércio deles , diga-se de passagem) SURREAL! Um Amadorismo fora do comum. Sugiro ao proprietário (a) reverem o modus operanti de atendimento ao consumidor, sugiro investir urgentemente em treinamento de pessoal. Os tombos mercadológicos e falências , muitas vezes acontecem em pequenos detalhes. #ficaadica hoje minha nota é zero 0 .
