★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de atendimento é muito ruim! Existe uma fila única para quem vai coletar cargas pesadas e leves. Só mostra a incompetência logística da empresa. Quantos milhões não se perdem devido a tempo de espera na porta de empresas como a Gerdau? Enfim, mais do mesmo, logística ineficiente, perda de tempo e custos altos por um produto normal.
The turnaround time is really bad! There is a single queue for those who will collect heavy and light loads. It just shows the company's logistical incompetence. How many millions are lost due to waiting time at the door of companies like Gerdau? Anyway, more of the same, inefficient logistics, waste of time and high costs for a normal product.
