Nunca apareceram e quando questionei sequer sabiam o que havia ocorrido.
Solicitei novamente a visita e mais uma vez não obtive resposta. Liguei mais uma vez e me informaram que eles estão com muito serviço e que não teriam sequer previsão de me atender.
Enfim, se pra iniciar o serviço já está ruim, imagina se precisar de algum suporte pós execução só serviço.
Fica registrado minha insatisfação. Espero que o comentário seja encarado de forma construtiva, objetivando melhorar a qualidade do atendimento da empresa.

I called almost a month ago to request a visit to my house, in order to prepare a
Project for irrigation of my lawn.
They never showed up and when I questioned they didn't even know what had happened.
I requested the visit again and once again got no response. I called again and they informed me that they are with a lot of service and that they would not even have a forecast of assisting me.
Anyway, if starting the service is already bad, imagine if you need some post-execution support, just the service.
My dissatisfaction is registered. I hope that the comment is considered constructively, aiming to improve the quality of service provided by the company.
