★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atravessei a cidade pra comprar na loja. Estava no site que fecha 12:00 cheguei 11:50. Tinha um velho folgado na frente da loja que começou dizer que eu não podia entrar eu falei que ia entrar mesmo assim. O velho dizia frases como “ estou desde as 7 aqui” e “ brasileiro e tudo igual chega na ultima hora”. Agora como um comércio que fecha meio dia limita entrada de clientes 11:50?? Pra mim isso é coisa de quem não precisa vender. Precisa profissionalizar isso aí pra melhor.
Loja de amadores. Pena que não tem concorrência a altura em Piracicaba, estruturadamente falando.
I went across town to shop at the store. I was on the website that closes 12:00 I arrived at 11:50. There was an old slacker in front of the store who started saying I couldn't go in, I said I was going to go in anyway. The old man used to say phrases like “I've been here since 7” and “Brazilian and everything the same arrives at the last minute”. Now how does a trade that closes at noon limit the entry of customers at 11:50 am?? For me, this is something for someone who doesn't need to sell. You need to professionalize this for the better.
Shop for amateurs. Too bad there is no competition at the height in Piracicaba, structurally speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem bastante opções de torneiras , Mas uma coisa que senti falta foi opções de torneiras modernas, com cores diferentes Atendimento ruim ninguém me atendeu na loja e a loja estava vazia. Fica apenas a minha opinião construtiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota zero! Fui por duas vezes seguidas na loja, a primeira para ver as torneiras da casa toda, e a segunda para ver vaso sanitário para dois banheiros. As duas vezes Fiquei mais de meia hora na loja e ninguém veio me atender. Alguns funcionários ficavam no balcão, conversando entre si, nem sequer olhavam pra gente. Fui com meus filhos, inclusive um deles é de colo e tem apenas 8 meses, ficamos iguais bobos na loja, sem ninguém pra ajudar em nada! Saímos sem conseguir atendimento às duas vezes, mesmo a loja estando quase vazia. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo.
Zero rating service! I went to the store twice in a row, the first to see the faucets in the whole house, and the second to see the toilet for two bathrooms. Both times I spent more than half an hour in the store and no one came to help me. Some employees were at the counter, talking to each other, not even looking at us. I went with my children, including one of them is on my lap and is only 8 months old, we look like fools in the store, with no one to help with anything! We left without getting service both times, even though the store was almost empty. I will never go back and do not recommend.
