Tenho a impressão de que os funcionários trabalham lá mas não queriam.
Outras coisas que me incomodam são o calor (a loja é muito abafada) e a falta de iluminação do ambiente.
 The service leaves a lot to be desired, unfortunately.
I have the impression that the employees work there but didn't want to.
Other things that bother me are the heat (the store is very stuffy) and the lack of ambient lighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado passado, fui comprar uns zíperes de 50cm nesta Loja Potyguar Centro, como não tinha pronto, fiz a encomenda e paguei. Hoje fui buscar, ao receber verifiquei que o zíper era de 20cm. Falei com a atendente sobre o tamanho, ela simplesmente disse que eu tinha pedido de 20m e que era o tamanho que eu tinha pago. Eu a relembrei do atendimento, de como tínhamos procurado juntas e como não encontramos o de 50cm, mandei fazer. A mesma disse não poder ajudar, pois eu tinha pago o zíper de 20cm. Pedi para falar com a gerente. A coisa piorou, a gerente foi totalmente indiferente às minhas explicações, disse que eu deveria ter visto o recibo que eu estava pagando. Ou seja, o erro foi meu e não ter observado o erro de sua funcionária. Pedi para fala com o dono, tinha a esperança que ele tivesse bom senso e respeito por seus clientes. Grande engano o meu. Ele repetiu a ladainha de suas funcionárias, virou as costas e saiu. Sai daquela loja humilhada, como uma mentirosa. Chorei muito! Nunca fui tão mal atendida, desrespeitada e assediada moralmente. Jamais voltarei aquela loja.
Last Saturday, I went to buy some 50cm zippers at this Potyguar Centro Store, as I didn't have it ready, I placed the order and paid. Today I went to get it, when I received it I checked that the zipper was 20cm. I spoke to the attendant about the size, she simply said that I had ordered 20m and that it was the size that I had paid for. I reminded her of the service, how we had searched together and how we didn't find the 50cm one, I ordered it. She said she couldn't help, because I had paid for the 20cm zipper. I asked to speak to the manager. It got worse, the manager was totally indifferent to my explanations, said that I should have seen the receipt I was paying. In other words, it was my mistake and not to observe the error of your employee. I asked to speak to the owner, I hoped he had common sense and respect for his customers. My big mistake. He repeated his employees' litany, turned his back and left. I left that store humiliated, like a liar. I cried a lot! I've never been so poorly attended, disrespected and morally harassed. I will never go back to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, tem muitas vendedoras porém não se levantam dos bancos da roda de conversa para lhe atender.
Fui com minha filha, 13 anos, e não deixaram entrar comigo na loja, então ela ficou na calçada enquanto comprava e derrepende o homem baixou as portas fechando a loja deixando-a sozinha do lado de fora. Detalhe só tinha eu e mais um senhor de clientes na loja. Achei lamentável., me senti pedindo favor na loja.
The service is terrible, there are many salespeople but they do not get up from the seats of the conversation wheel to serve you.
I went with my daughter, 13 years old, and they didn't let me into the store, so she stayed on the sidewalk while shopping and suddenly the man lowered the doors closing the store leaving her alone outside. The detail was just me and one more customer gentleman at the store. I thought it was unfortunate. I felt I was asking for a favor at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os vendedores nos atenderam muito bem, porém o atendimento da gerente foi PÉSSIMO! Gerente super grosseira e mal educada! É uma pena uma loja ter uma pessoa tão DESPREPARADA em um cargo alto, ainda vai perder muitos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja está muito organiza, porém a falta de comunicação dos vendedores, alguns bem atenciosos, outros desligados. Quando o cliente tem dúvida o vendedor precisa orientá-lo, nem todo cliente é costureiro ou tem experiência. Precisa de paciência.
