Bad experience ... send the wrong product and cancel the purchase. Customer is a mere detail for them. I don't buy anymore and I have already warned the family of the disdain of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra em 16/05/2021. A empresa disse que enviou o produto em 18/05. No dia 25/05 como não tinha recebido a mercadoria tentei entrar em contato com a empresa. Sem sucesso. Abri disputa pelo pagamento e só no dia 01/06 informaram que o meu pedido estava sendo cancelado. Ainda não fui ressarcido e precisando do material para trabalho. Cuidado com esse site !!!
I made a purchase on 05/16/2021. The company said it shipped the product on 05/18. On 05/25 as I hadn't received the goods, I tried to get in touch with the company. Unsuccessfully. I opened a dispute for payment and only on 06/01 they informed that my order was being cancelled. I haven't been reimbursed yet and I need the material for work. Beware of this site!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa amadora, desconfie. Comprei o produto pelo site e depois de 3 dias úteis recebo informação que não havia estoque e tentaram me empurrar produto inferior. Até hoje não recebi comprovante de estorno da compra mesmo insistindo pelo SAC. Péssimo atendimento.
Amateur company, be suspicious. I bought the product through the website and after 3 working days I received information that there was no stock and they tried to push me inferior product. Until today I have not received proof of reversal of the purchase even though I insisted on the SAC. Terrible attendance.

Comprei 4 pneus sendo que dois deles com um mês de uso apresentou vários problemas,e não se consegue retorno da empresa,nem no reclame aqui eles respondem,descaso total com as pessoas e prejuízo para mim
,que fique de alerta para os parceiros dessa empresa,pois não estão nem aí com os clientes...
Péssima experiência.
