Fui ao caixa pagar e a senhora, muito mal educada, me respondeu de maneira rĂspida, apesar da minha tranquilidade e educação. NĂŁo volto mais e nĂŁo indico.

Liguei pedindo o contato do funcionĂĄrio que me vendeu o produto para que ele procedesse com a instalação e o dono da loja me disse que nĂŁo tinha telefone de homem, como se eu estivesse buscando por homem. Me tratou de forma grosseira e rĂspida e nĂŁo atendeu a minha demanda. Nunca mais retorno nessa loja que nĂŁo dĂĄ suporte ao cliente e fornece um pĂ©ssimo atendimento. De tantas opçÔes na Djalma Dutra sugiro que busquem uma das outras lojas pois Ă© o que farei. Mulheres: sugiro que nĂŁo entrem na loja, ou o dono pode achar que estĂŁo procurando por "homem" ao invĂ©s de interesse em produtos.

â â â â â Sou cliente a muito tempo da loja,hoje fui comprar uma mercadoria, estacionei o veĂculo nas vagas existente ao tentar acessar a loja jĂĄ existia um atende na porta mostre o modelo da mercadoria porĂ©m o atendente disse que nĂŁo tinha,pedi para ele se podia deixar o carro ali por uns dez minutos sentir no semblante o medo que o rapaz ficou e chamou uma rapaz supostamente responsĂĄvel pelas vagas informei ao mesmo a minha solicitação e por minha surpresa foi negada informei ao mesmo que seria um cliente da casa e mesmo assim foi negado. Acredito que ele acha mais importante o estacionamento do que o cliente, nĂŁo volto lĂĄ nunca mais.
I am a long time customer of the store, today I went to buy merchandise, parked the vehicle in the existing spaces when trying to access the store there was already an attendant at the door show the model of the merchandise but the attendant said he did not have it, I asked him if he could leave the car there for about ten minutes feeling the fear on his face and calling a guy supposedly responsible for the vacancies I informed him of my request and to my surprise it was denied I informed him that I would be a customer of the house and even so it was denied . I believe he thinks parking is more important than the customer, I'm never going back there.
