Todas as peças que eles incluem na manutenção do equipamento são com preço completamente abusivo, mais que o dobro praticado no mercado.
Não é a primeira vez que levo algum equipamento lá e eles adotam essa prática.
Nesse mês de dezembro levei um tratorito que tinha estragado o volante e a bobina do motor e o orçamento para trocar essas peças com a mao de obra ficou em 1660 reais.
Achei um absurdo e resolvi pesquisar na internet. Para minha surpresa, descobri que o um motor NOVO E COMPLETO custa em média 970 reais no mercado. E 970 reais foi o preço APENAS da bobina que queriam me cobrar.
Diante disso, concluo que a assistência dessa loja além de careira, beira a desonestidade.
Recomendo a todos que comprem as peças na internet e paguem alguem para trocá-las.

I do not recommend the assistance of this store at all.
All the parts they include in the maintenance of the equipment are priced completely abusive, more than double the price in the market.
It's not the first time I take some equipment there and they adopt this practice.
In that month of December I took a tractor that had damaged the steering wheel and the engine coil and the budget to exchange these parts with labor was 1660 reais.
I found it absurd and decided to search the internet. To my surprise, I found out that a NEW AND COMPLETE engine costs an average of 970 reais on the market. And 970 reais was the price ONLY of the coil they wanted to charge me.
Therefore, I conclude that the assistance provided by this store, in addition to a career, borders on dishonesty.
I recommend everyone to buy the parts on the internet and pay someone to exchange them.
Minas Gerais commercial never again!
