Também percebi uma espécie lucros forçados ali na parte do descarregamento, veja bem eu trago 2 ajudantes e eles não podem descarregar o caminhão porque estão sem farda até aí tudo bem mas os 2 que eu paguei para descarregar foi indicado por eles e nem um dos 2 tinha fardamento AI PODE NESSE CASO? Mas se for os que vieram comigo no caminhão sem fardamento não pode? Acho que tem alguém se beneficiando ali. Chapa de descarga e chapa em qualquer lugar e NAO TEM FARDA. apenas precisa está devidamente protegido com os EPI. é bom a direção do comercial NI começar a trabalhar de maneira que o motorista não seja obrigado a pagar as pessoas que eles apontam. Ou que cobrem a descarga como em todos os lugares do planeta,ou paga por tonelada ou por palete.

Nada q não possa melhorar, até porque as entregas estão entre seus melhores fatores, entendendo q o ambiente está localizado num local de fácil acesso e próximo de tudo. Boas tendências!
