Fiz a compra de um produto nesse depósito, o produto nem estava lacrado na caixa, simplesmente pegaram o produto em uma prateleira e colocaram em uma caixa. Chegando em casa percebi que faltava uma peça simples e pequena, então voltei para resolver o problema. Todos que estavam na loja visivelmente viam que estava errado, mas a toda poderosa do caixa batia o pé no chão dizendo que estava tudo certo, havia produtos no local que certificavam o erro no produto, mas mesmo assim ela não cedia, disse que eu deveria comprar. Comprei! Ela pode estar ciente que o que ela fez se caracteriza como venda casada, me vendeu um produto incompleto e queria me cobrar pelo que estava faltando. Não fiz a denuncia ao PROCON, mas deveria ter feito. Perdi 3,50 R$, mas tenho certeza que ela perdeu muito mais!
Bad experience! The clerks are attentive and understanding, but the woman who sits at the cashier is terrible! I made the purchase of a product in this warehouse, the product was not even sealed in the box, they simply took the product from a shelf and put it in a box. When I got home I noticed that a simple and small part was missing, so I went back to solve the problem. Everyone who was in the store visibly saw that it was wrong, but the almighty cashier stamped her foot on the floor saying that everything was fine, there were products in the place that certified the error in the product, but even so she did not give in, she said that I should purchase. I bought! She may be aware that what she did is characterized as a tie-in, she sold me an incomplete product and wanted to charge me for what was missing. I didn't report it to PROCON, but I should have. I lost 3.50 R$, but I'm sure she lost a lot more!
