Apesar de não ter o produto, o vendedor ligou para o representante comercial do produto e para quatro outras lojas da região para me ajudar. Entregou também uma ficha técnica que imprimiu na hora, para confirmar que era o exato produto que eu precisava, explicando que não compensaria ele pedir à fábrica porque o lote mínimo era muito grande, e num pedido anterior ele já tinha perdido produtos por não conseguir vender. Enfim, foi o melhor atendimento que já recebi, e o vendedor ainda pediu desculpas por não poder ajudar. Ao que eu respondi que em ocasiões futuras se eu precisar eu procuraria ele novamente, pois tinha certeza que ele era uma pessoa tentaria me ajudar de todas as formas.
The most fantastic service I've ever had in a store. Despite not having the product, the seller called the product's sales representative and four other stores in the region to help me. He also handed over a technical file that he printed on the spot, to confirm that it was the exact product I needed, explaining that it would not be worth it to ask the factory because the minimum lot was too big, and in a previous order he had already lost products because he was unable to sell . Anyway, it was the best service I've ever received, and the seller even apologized for not being able to help. To which I replied that on future occasions if I need to I would look for him again, as I was sure he was a person would try to help me in all ways.

Nem o manual da lei do consumidor ela tinha para verificarmos juntos meu direito. Não recomendo. Resposta dela Vá buscar seus direitos.
Horrible service. I was in the store today to exchange or return a wrongly purchased product the same day. The attendant refused to accept and said that it is not obligatory. She didn't even have the consumer law manual for us to check my right together. I do not recommend. Her response Go get your rights.
