Não tem nenhum compromisso com data e horário. Cobra uma grana apenas para fazer a visita. Se quiser dor de cabeça peça pelos serviços desta empresa, pedir nao, implorar, pois vc terá que ligar varvár vezes até eles aparecem em sua casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a quase um ano o tecnico dessa empresa foi em casa e fez um reparo em garantia de meu fogão, ele em meu nome pediu a fabrica outras peças para serem trocadas no meu fogão mas tem quase um ano que nada das peças, entrei em contato com a fabrica e me disseram que ele pediu em meu nome e não posso fazer o pedido da mesma devido eles ja terem enviado a esse tecnico, mas o tecnico dessa empresa Comercial São Vicente, esta nos enrolando e não nos entrega o que é meu...... Então srs dono dessa empresa vejam com seu funcionario que preciso dessa peça que a fabrica enviou ao seu tecnico para me entregar... pois isso é roubo

Mas tive uma péssima experiência com o rapaz que estava no caixa, onde me atendeu e quiz complicar as coisas para vender uma visita do técnico. Queria apenas um registro de gás e o mesmo informando que não tinha e que teria que mandar um técnico. Onde falei com um atendente novo na loja e o mesmo resolveu meu problema. Rapazinho do caixa muito arrogante no jeito de falar, como se tivesse com tanta propriedade, falando que não tinha uma peça onde se encontra até em padaria. Gostei muito da loja, mas esse funcionário fará com que menos pessoas vizitem a loja.
The store is really cool, with lots of equipment. But I had a terrible experience with the guy who was at the till, where he attended me and wanted to complicate things to sell a visit from the technician. I just wanted a gas record and it said I didn't have it and that I would have to send a technician. Where I spoke with a new attendant at the store and he solved my problem. Cashier boy, very arrogant in the way he spoke, as if he had it with so much propriety, saying that he didn't have a piece where it's even found in a bakery. I really liked the store, but this employee will make fewer people visiting the store.
