★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 12.07.2018 levei o meu chuveiro Duo Shower para reparos pois estava vazando água... com a resistência comprada no dia anterior e recém colocada totalmente nova...após 3 semanas de espera e eu tendo que ligar para obter informações... fui buscar o meu chuveiro que após instalar me deparei com a surpresa de ter a resistência quebrada em duas partes... conclusão liguei para a assistência técnica e me disseram que o problema é meu... em curtas palavras... tenho certeza que a resistência veio com defeito da assistência técnica...paguei o conserto e tive que arcar com o prejuízo de 2 resistências conclusão o preço de um novo ficaria mais barato e rápido com garantia de um ano e sem aborrecimento
 On 12.07.2018 I took my Duo Shower for repairs as it was leaking water ... with the resistance purchased the day before and recently placed totally new ... after 3 weeks of waiting and I had to call for information ... I went to get my shower and after installing it I came across the surprise of having the resistance broken in two parts ... conclusion I called the technical assistance and they told me that the problem is mine ... in short words ... I'm sure that the resistance came with a defect in the technical assistance ... I paid for the repair and had to bear the loss of 2 resistors. the price of a new one would be cheaper and faster with a one-year warranty and no hassle

It takes 12 days to make a budget to fix an electric water heater in winter, no one deserves it! Lack of respect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntei antes na loja se tinha o reparo do filtro Lorenzetti Aquabella e a atendente disse que sim , então fui em casa retirei o filtro da parede e chegando lá me fizeram esperar por mais de 40 minutos para dizer que Não tinha , quer dizer perdi meu tempo atoa , PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO
I asked before at the store if I had the Lorenzetti Aquabella filter repair and the clerk said yes, so I went home and removed the filter from the wall and getting there made me wait for more than 40 minutes to say I didn't have it, I mean I wasted my time atoa, TERRIBLE SERVICE
