★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, já comprei 3 ou 4 baterias aí, mas no contato mais recente por telefone simplesmente o vendedor Carlos. disse que não poderia atender a domicilio por o outro funcionário estar de férias e ainda falou que não poderia dar um desconto para pagamento no cartão, falou que seria necessário que eu levasse a bateria para comprar a nova mesmo eu explicando que o veículo não funcionava e não tinha ferramentas para retirá-la. Simplesmente desligou na minha cara falando "ENTÃO DEIXA QUIETO !!!!". Comprei em outro lugar pelo mesmo valor e além de atenderem muito bem parcelaram em 3x, vieram instalar no local. Não recomendo, pois não é só o preço que faz a diferença !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo Atendimento... Fiquei espantado como fui tratado. Fiz uma ligação pedindo uma troca de bateria a domicilio... Disse que o veiculo estava na garagem do meu apartamento.... Acreditem .... o atendente disse que era muita burocracia pra entrar em prédio... e simplesmente desligou o telefone na minha cara... indignado fui ler os comentários e avaliações e pelo jeito isso faz parte da rotina deles... Não indico, não recomendo, pois pessoas como essa já devem estar com a vida ganha e não precisam mais de dinheiro... vamos priorizar pessoas que realmente trabalham e necessitam ...
