Aluguei um imóvel que após 6 meses morando na casa fomos informados pela própria imobiliária que ela estaria saindo do acordo, pois o dono do imóvel do contrato, não era de fato o dono do imóvel , e que por conta disso não administraria mais o imóvel. Nós inquilinos, ficamos desamparados, e sem saber o que fazer, já que existia um contrato. Fiz questão de alugar um imóvel via imobiliária pra não ter dor de cabeça, só não imaginava que seria pior, visto que a imobiliária foi omissa em não reconhecer seu erro, e nos amparar, além de eu não ter visto um tostão do dinheiro pago no seguro ao final de tudo. A imobiliária alugou um imóvel, sem se certificar que aquele que se apresentava como dono do imóvel era de fato proprietário, e quando esse fato surgiu ela simplesmente se retirou do acordo. O papel da imobiliária é justamente fazer o levantamento de documentos de ambos os lados, o que não foi feito.
Realmente revoltante, não indico.

We tenants, we were helpless, and not knowing what to do, since there was a contract. I made a point of renting a property via real estate to avoid having a headache, I just didn't imagine it would be worse, since the real estate company was silent in not recognizing its mistake, and supporting us, in addition to not having seen a penny of the money paid in the safe at the end of it all. The real estate company rented a property, without certifying that the person who claimed to be the owner of the property was in fact the owner, and when that fact emerged, she simply withdrew from the agreement. The role of the real estate agency is precisely to collect documents from both sides, which was not done.
Really disgusting, I don't recommend.
