★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestação de serviço horrível! Deixei um pneu para vulcanização e perguntei se o serviço era feito no local, me afirmaram que sim. Então, combinei de deixar para conserto e retornar por volta de 13h. Foi fechado R$50 para retirar o pneu no local. Quando retornei no horário combinado o pneu não estava lá e o tal Joca disse que precisaria de uma carona pra buscar o meu pneu onde foi feito o serviço (what?). Segundo ele, era pra buscarmos na próxima avenida. Ok..mesmo ele tendo o carro da empresa fomos no meu até a R. Caramuru, 1507 (é aqui que ele faz a vulcanização por uma quirela e ganha nas suas costas da forma mais descarada). Quando abri o porta malas, além do meu pneu colocaram outro (brincou, né?). Perguntei de quem era e de dentro do carro o Sr. cara de pau: "É meu!". Enfim, voltamos ao local inicial, trocaram o meu pneu e quando perguntei pro Sr. Joca quanto devia a ele qual foi a resposta? R$50. Sem mais. Um descaso de serviço. Insatisfeito e não indico.
Horrible service rendering! Left a tire vulcanization and asked if the service was done on site, I said yes. So I arranged to leave for repair and return around 1pm. It was closed $ 50 to remove the tire on site. When I returned at the scheduled time the tire was not there and the Joca said he would need a ride to get my tire where the service was done (what?). According to him, we were supposed to look for the next avenue. Ok..even he having the company car went in mine to R. Caramuru, 1507 (this is where he makes vulcanization by a bitch and wins on his back in the most brazen way). When I opened the trunk, beyond my tire they put another (played, right?). I asked who it was and the guy in the car Mr. Dick: "It's mine!". Finally, we return to the starting location, changed my tire and when I asked Mr. Joca as pro owed him what was the response? R $ 50. No further. A service of neglect. Dissatisfied and not indicative.
