Acompanhei um amigo que precisava de nota fiscal, na hora do pagamento, disseram não poderiam fornecer no momento, também não poderiam deixar pronta apenas para ele retirar depois. Meu amigo reclamou e ao invés de tentarem resolver, eles disseram que não faziam questão de vender para varejo. Eu disse que não voltaria mais lá (pela falta de educação e descaso) e o dono disse que era um favor. Há mais de 15 anos em São Carlos, nunca vi atendimento com tamanho descaso e falta de educação.
 Extremely uneducated staff. I accompanied a friend who needed invoice, at the time of payment, they said they could not provide at the time, also could not help ready only to withdraw after it. My friend complained and instead of trying to solve, they said they were not concerned to sell to retail. I said I would not go back there (for lack of education and carelessness) and the owner said it was a favor. For over 15 years in São Carlos, I have never seen care with such neglect and lack of education.
