★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirimos uma Lupa com tripe que nunca funcionou. Chegamos a devolver para a fabrica através da loja onde fizemos a aquisição. Retornou com o mesmo problema e até hoje continua apenas como decoração/trambolho em nossa casa. Apesar de novos contatos com a empresa nada foi resolvido. Não recomendo este tipo de produto desta empresa. Dercilio Borba - Florianópolis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma maca e paguei para ela vir plastificada. Quando ela chegou, no início de agosto, vi que ela veio sem plastificação e eu reclamei. Eles disseram que mandariam uma nova e recolheriam a errada mas mandaram a nova com uma empresa e outra empresa retiraria a errada!! MAS NINGUÉM VEIO RETIRAR!!! Estou com uma maca atrapalhando meu consultório, com a caixa da maca nova no caminho (porque a empresa que buscaria a maca errada disse que não embalaria. ENFIM, NÃO CAIAM NESSA ROUBADA!! O ERRO FOI DELES E QUEM ESTÁ TENDO DOR DE CABEÇA SOU EU!! E A TRANSPORTADORA QUE ELES DISSERAM QUE VIRIA BUSCAR A MACA ERRADA DIZ QUE ELES SUSPENDERAM A COLETA! EXTREMAMENTE DESORGANIZADO!!
I bought a stretcher and paid for it to come plasticized. When she arrived in early August, I saw that she came without lamination and I complained. They said they would send a new one and collect the wrong one but sent the new one with one company and another company would remove the wrong one !! BUT NO ONE CAME TO WITHDRAW !!! I have a stretcher disturbing my office, with the new stretcher box on the way (because the company that would get the wrong stretcher said it would not pack. ME !! AND THE CARRIER THAT THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL COME TO SEE THE WRONG MACA SAYS THEY SUSPENDED THE COLLECT! EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED !!
