★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui de São Paulo à Lorena , não teve parada e não havia água para os passageiros , não comprei pq quando vou à Ribeirão preto ou à Parati sempre tem ,e foi a primeira vez que fui para Lorena....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bem ruim, fui tentar transferir o dia da minha passagem e tive que insistir pra ter alguma informação relevante do senhor do guichê, que não parecia interessado em ajudar e apenas insistiu que o procedimento deveria ser feito pela internet; no entanto, ao tentar realizar o reagendamento pelo autoatendimento da Cometa, fui instruído de que o mesmo deveria ser feito no guichê. Com o atendimento presencial funcionando apenas por algumas horas do dia, fica bem difícil ser posto nesse tipo de situação.
Very bad service, I tried to transfer the day of my ticket and I had to insist to have some relevant information from the lord of the ticket office, who did not seem interested in helping and just insisted that the procedure should be done over the internet; however, when trying to reschedule by Comet's self-service, I was instructed that the same should be done at the counter. With the face-to-face service only working for a few hours a day, it is very difficult to be put in this type of situation.
