Cheguei na loja para comprar tinta óleo para parede e a vendedora disse que teria que mandar preparar.
Ao ficar pronta vi que a tinta era fosca e ao questionar a vendedora a mesma diz que não existe tinta óleo para parede e que ficaria horrível.
Se eu quiser passar tinta óleo na testa ninguém tem nada a ver com isso.
Terei que comprar outra tinta pois a que me entregaram não será usada e não fazem a troca.
Total falta de profissionalismo da vendedora que nem ao menos se desculpou por seu erro.
Pena não ser possível dar zero estrela.
