★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fui até a loja procurando um sapato específico, mas para minha surpresa as 4 funcionárias que estavam no local (todas paradas) não estavam com a mínima vontade de me atender! Olhando o cliente com cara feia. A única que me “atendeu” (porque eu solicitei ajuda, claro), de um total despreparo! Resumo, sai da loja de mãos vazias e extremamente chateado sem o calçado e sem no mínimo, respeito! Uma pena para uma loja tão renomada, ter profissionais tão despreparadas e sem vontade de atender! Acho que não precisam vender né!
Terrible! I went to the store looking for a specific shoe, but to my surprise the 4 employees who were on the spot (all stopped) were not in the slightest desire to serve me! Looking at the customer with an ugly face. The only one who “answered” me (because I asked for help, of course), was totally unprepared! In summary, he leaves the store empty-handed and extremely upset without his shoes and without a minimum of respect! A pity for such a renowned store, having professionals so unprepared and unwilling to serve! I don't think they need to sell, right!

Me fez ferida na parte de traz, porque ali o acabamento esta muito duro.
Triste pq um sapato caro, e nao posso usar.
