★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde Janeiro/2019 estou ligando e tentando agendar para virem verificar meu aparelho de ar condicionado que está intermitente... sempre informam que o técnico irá fazer contato. Não devem ter técnico pois até hoje, nenhum contato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa solicitando a instalação de 2 aparelhos de ar condicionado, disseram que retornariam a ligação para agendar um orçamento, e nada.
Liguei novamente 1 semana depois, disseram que o técnico estava viajando, mas pediriam a outra pessoa para ir fazer o orçamento... e nada.
Por fim resolvi ir pessoalmente até a empresa e pedir encarecidamente se não poderiam fazer a instalação, eu pagava o preço que fosse, não precisava de orçamento. A atendente me disse o valor, e ficou de me ligar agendando um dia para a instalação... e nada.
Resumindo: parece que eles já estão com clientes o bastante e não fazem questão de conseguir novos. No fim foi até bom não me atenderem, porque o preço deles é o mais caro de toda a região. Logo depois contratei o serviço de uma empresa de Volta Redonda, que fez uma ótima instalação e cobrou 100 reais a menos.
Só não dou nota zero porque a menina que me atendeu na empresa foi cordial, e parece que a falta de respeito com os clientes não é culpa dela.
I contacted the company requesting the installation of 2 air conditioners, they said they would return the call to schedule a quote, and nothing.
I called again 1 week later, they said the technician was traveling, but they would ask someone else to go do the quote... and nothing.
Finally I decided to personally go to the company and ask earnestly if they couldn't do the installation, I would pay whatever price it was, I didn't need a budget. The attendant told me the value, and kept calling me to schedule a day for the installation... and nothing.
Bottom line: it seems they already have enough customers and don't make a point of getting new ones. In the end it was even good that they didn't answer me, because their price is the most expensive in the entire region. Soon after I hired the service of a company from Volta Redonda, which did a great installation and charged 100 reais less.
The only reason I don't give a zero score is because the girl who helped me at the company was cordial, and it seems that the lack of respect for customers is not her fault.
