★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para o local pois tó tinha atendimento via site e no mesmo não havia indicações do NÃO atendimento presencial (então perdi tempo ao chegar lá e constatar isso in loco). Depois de algumas tentativas e ajustes com 2 visitas frustadas (o tecnico foi, tocou a campainha - que não estava funcionando - e foi embora). Sendo que na segunda vez, eu estava no local e no instante da visita lá também estava o tecnico da Vivo instalando o cabo e o gazista nem teve a presteza de perguntar ao mesmo, pois o portão estava aberto com o atendimento deste. Enfim, na terceira visita programado para o horário comercial, o gazista chegou as 17h30 (eu estava presente desde as 8h para não perder a visita) e depois dos testes necessários foi constatado que o encanamento estava com vazamento. Assim desisti de continuar com a instalação pois se já tive problemas demais com o atendimento, imagine com a operação em si! As vezes somos resilientes mas neste caso, é questão de bom senso que recomendou, saí fora o quanto antes!
 I went to the place because there was service via the website and there were no indications of NO face-to-face service (so I lost time when I got there and found this on the spot). After some attempts and adjustments with 2 failed visits (the technician went, rang the bell - which was not working - and left). The second time, I was at the place and at the time of the visit there was also the Vivo technician installing the cable and the gazista didn't even have the readiness to ask him, because the gate was open with his service. Anyway, on the third visit scheduled for business hours, the gazista arrived at 5:30 pm (I was there since 8 am so as not to miss the visit) and after the necessary tests it was found that the plumbing was leaking. So I gave up on continuing with the installation because if I've had too many problems with the service, imagine with the operation itself! Sometimes we are resilient but in this case, it's a matter of common sense that recommended, I got out as soon as possible!
