★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz um pedido no dia 03/09/2020, por volta das 13h pelo Uber Eats. A previsão de entrega era 13h50. Quando estava chegando próximo ao horário, peguei o celular para checar e o pedido ainda estava sendo retirado pelo entregador. Às 14h10, horário previsto da entrega (segunda previsão) o entregador me mandou mensagem perguntando se eu tinha pedido uma ou duas refeições, confirmei que eram duas e o rapa então me informou que a moça ainda estava secando o arroz. Pedi para que o pedido fosse cancelado e ele hesitou um pouco e disse que mais uns 20 minutos estava pronto. Não quis e pedi para que cancelasse o pedido. Por fim, ele me informou que veria com o suporte, mas eu não recebi o pedido e ainda fui cobrada. Busquei a localização no Google e o local não me parece ser adequado para o preparo de alimentos.
Terrible! I placed an order on 9/3/2020, around 1pm through Uber Eats. Delivery was scheduled for 1:50 pm. When it was getting close to the time, I took out my cell phone to check and the order was still being picked up by the delivery man. At 2:10 pm, estimated delivery time (second forecast), the delivery man sent me a message asking if I had ordered one or two meals, I confirmed that it was two and the rapa then informed me that the girl was still drying the rice. I asked for the order to be canceled and he hesitated a little and said that another 20 minutes was ready. I didn't want to and I asked him to cancel the order. Finally, he informed me that he would see with the support, but I did not receive the order and I was still charged. I searched for the location on Google and the place does not seem to be suitable for preparing food.
