★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com o cliente... Fiz pedido no ifood eles confirmaram e nem sequer tinham feito o prato... Fiquei esperando mais de uma hora igual uma idiota... Já pedi algumas vezes nesse restaurante ,mas agora nunca mais...
Total neglect with the customer ... I ordered at ifood they confirmed and they hadn't even made the dish ... I was waiting more than an hour like an idiot ... I've ordered a few times at this restaurant, but now never ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Sem comprometimento nenhum com o cliente e pior, sr edelson (algo assim) é mentiroso e mau caráter!! Após 1h30 de espera liguei e ele disse q estava sendo feito e que mais 30 ou 40 min o pedido seria entregue. Mentiroso!!! Se o pedido estivesse realmente sendo preparado, ele não o teria cancelado! Dps de 2h aguardando, ligamos novamente e informaram q nós cancelamos o pedido!! Mentiroso!!!! Se não tinham condições de fazer o pedido era só não aceitar pelo ifood. E se aceitou e viu q não iam conseguir fazer, era só dizer!! Ao invés de fazer o cliente ficar esperando igual besta!! Um lugar desse não devia estar na lista do ifood e mto menos existir!!
Horrible! Without any commitment to the client and worse, Mr Edelson (something like that) is a liar and a bad character !! After 1h30 of waiting I called and he said q was being done and that another 30 or 40 min the order would be delivered. Liar!!! If the order was actually being prepared, he would not have canceled it! 2h dps waiting, we called again and informed that we canceled the order !! Liar!!!! If they were unable to place the order, it was just not accepting by ifood. And if you accepted and saw that they were not going to be able to do it, just say it !! Instead of making the customer wait like a beast !! Such a place should not be on the ifood list and much less exist !!
