★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos!!! Já relatei um problema na rua ao lado da minha sobre falta de coleta e até agora nada feito.
Os moradores colocam o lixo no meu portão,já fiz várias reclamações sobre é a única coisa que ganhamos é promessas.
As vezes não tem coleta na minha e vira um horror.
Obs :mais de um ano tentando resolver.
 Sorry! I have already reported a problem in the street next to mine about lack of collection and so far nothing done.
The locals put the garbage at my gate, I've made several complaints about it's the only thing we get is promises.
Sometimes there is no collection in mine and it turns to horror.
Note: more than a year trying to solve.

Números 2542 7894 ( usei durante uns anos)
Ouvidoria 2428 5146 toca o dia todo e ninguém atende
2413 4835 toca e não atendem
2542 0649 ocupado ou mensagem que o número não existe
Tem fiz contato com 1746 e nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro na vila Rudiceia, Campo Grande, a equipe da coleta e de outro mundo, muitos anos como a melhor. Vocês colocaram um varredor mais ou menos ums dois meses, muito bom. Parabéns a COMLURB, AO CORDENADOR E OS GARIS QUE FAZEM PARTE DESTA EQUIPE.
I live in Rudiceia village, Campo Grande, the collection team is out of this world, many years as the best. You put in a sweeper for a couple of months or so, very good. Congratulations to COMLURB, THE COORDINATOR AND THE GARIS WHO ARE PART OF THIS TEAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E o único serviço que funciona no Rio. Coletas regulares fazendo chuva ou sol. Mas infelizmente no sábado 26/12/2020, não foi feita a coleta e hoje já é segunda feira 28/12/2020 o lixo está no mesmo lugar. Vamos esperar nessa próxima terça-feira 27/12/2020 será feito a coleta.
It is the only service that works in Rio. Regular collections in rain or shine. But unfortunately on Saturday 12/26/2020, no collection was made and today it is Monday 12/28/2020 the garbage is in the same place. Let's wait for this next Tuesday 27/12/2020 collection will be done.
