Terrible professionals, they don't know how to treat customers and they don't care if it's something of little value, I took an Airsoft for maintenance budget, it stayed there for almost a week and they didn't even open the equipment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou deixar minha avaliação aqui, depois de anos da minha primeira avaliação que foi 5 estrelas pra essa loja, e infelizmente hj ela não merece ao menos 1, sou (era) cliente dessa loja por mais ou menos 5 anos ou mais, e estou decepcionado pelo que ela se tornou hj ( atendimento), Antes de abrirem o clube de tiro, o atendimento era igual a todos, independente se compraria uma lâmina, ou um colete, mas hoje sinto que quem vai atirar, ou quem é filiado, tem um atendimento vip, e quem vai comprar apenas um equipamento mais básico, sofre com o atendimento em geral! Decepcionado! Melhorem o atendimento, pra mim voltar a frenquentar a loja!!
I'm going to leave my review here, after years of my first review that was 5 stars for this store, and unfortunately today it doesn't deserve at least 1, I'm (was) a customer of this store for about 5 years or more, and I'm disappointed for what it has become today (service), Before they opened the shooting club, the service was the same for everyone, regardless of whether you would buy a blade or a vest, but today I feel that whoever is going to shoot, or who is affiliated, has a VIP service, and those who are going to buy only the most basic equipment, suffer from the service in general! disappointed! Improve the service, for me to visit the store again!!
