★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de 13 sacos de argamassa Ac 2 no dia 15/12 para ser entregue no dia 18/12, até aí tudo bem ótimo atendimento! Quando fui receber o entregador colocou as argamassa em cima do passeio úmido pois tinha chovido muito na noite anterior não me falou nada entrou no caminhão e saiu muito rápido, certamente viu que eu moro em um beco e não quis subir o material até minha casa. Graças ao bom Deus por um imprevisto eu estava em casa e pude guardar o material, mas deixo aqui minha insatisfação e também uma pergunta ao pessoal do depósito. Se eu não estivesse em casa e minha mãe (como estava previsto) fosse receber o material já que ela não pode carregar peso ele mesmo assim ficaria na calçada? Irei começar a usar a argamassa no dia 21/12 hj e dia 18/12 tem dois sacos um pouco úmido ( os que foram colocados direto no passeio) será que não vou perde-los? Fica aqui minha insatisfação.
I made a purchase of 13 bags of Ac 2 mortar on 12/15 to be delivered on 12/18, so far so good service! When I went to receive the delivery man placed the mortar on top of the damp walk because it had rained a lot the night before, he didn't tell me anything he got into the truck and left very quickly, he certainly saw that I live in an alley and didn't want to go up to my house. Thanks to the good Lord for an unforeseen event I was at home and I was able to keep the material, but I leave here my dissatisfaction and also a question to the warehouse staff. If I were not at home and my mother (as expected) would receive the material since she cannot carry weight would he still be on the sidewalk? I will start using the mortar on 12/21 pm and on 12/18 there are two bags that are a little damp (the ones that were placed directly on the sidewalk) will I not lose them? Here is my dissatisfaction.
