★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui consultado pela Dra (bem atendido por ela inclusive), que me solicitou exames de fezes e urina. Após a consulta fui no balcão onde ficam as atendentes e peguei os potes. Porém EM NENHUM MOMENTO FUI AVISADO QUE SÓ PODERIA ENTREGAR AS AMOSTRAS DE 2 A 5 FEIRA. Como o prazo pra entrega seria 6feira, fui e me mandaram voltar na 2feira. Passou o final de semana, ai hoje (2feira) fui entregar as amostraa. A MESMA PESSOA QUE FALOU COMIGO NA 6FEIRA NÃO ACEITOU RECEBER POR QUE SÓ PODERIA PEGAR OS EXAMES ATÉ 8H...
Claro que fiquei com vontade de ser tão mal educado quanto fui mal atendido por essa infeliz, mas acho que não resolveria.
Então se alguém superior a ela, ler esse relato, por favor a encaminhe a um TREINAMENTO DE ATENDIMENTO AO PÚBLICO, pois ela está trabalhando mal demais. Não sei o nome da individua, mas ela eh baixinha, magrinha bem morena de cabelo castanho. Treinamento pra ontem!!
I was consulted by the Dra (well attended by her even), who asked me for stool and urine tests. After the consultation I went to the counter where the attendants are and got the jars. However, AT NO TIME WERE I ADVISED THAT I WOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO DELIVER SAMPLES FROM 2 TO 5 FAIR. As the deadline for delivery would be Friday, I went and they sent me back on Monday. The weekend passed, then today (Monday) I went to deliver the samples. THE SAME PERSON WHO TALKED TO ME ON FRIDAY WASN'T ACCEPTED TO RECEIVE WHY HE COULD ONLY TAKE EXAMS UNTIL 8AM ...
Of course, I wanted to be as rude as I was poorly attended by this unfortunate woman, but I don't think that would solve it.
So if someone superior to her reads this account, please refer her to a PUBLIC SERVICE TRAINING, as she is working too badly. I don't know the name of the individual, but she is short, skinny and very brown with brown hair. Training for yesterday !!

A médica Dra. Karen super atenciosa, te analisa com várias perguntas, toca examinando, te orienta de maneira preventiva e encaminha para os procedimentos necessários. Parabéns toda equipe pelo atendimento humanizado.
