★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já trabalhei em muitos coworkings antes, mas o Como me surpreendeu muito. Vim trabalhar aqui por estar morando perto, porém mesmo após me mudar decidi continuar aqui por conta do espaço perfeito pra trabalhar, num ótimo equilibrio entre a seriedade e silêncio necessários pro trabalho e a abertura e interação que se espera de um coworking. E a melhor parte daqui é a equipe, todos sempre pensando nos últimos detalhes pra fazer a experiência de quem está aqui ser a melhor possível!
I've worked in many coworkings before, but Como surprised me a lot. I came to work here because I live nearby, but even after I moved I decided to stay here because of the perfect space to work, in a great balance between the seriousness and silence needed for work and the openness and interaction that is expected from a coworking. And the best part here is the team, everyone always thinking about the last details to make the experience of whoever is here the best possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oha, já estive em mais de 30 co working spaces espalhados nos Estados Unidos, e cheguei a conhecer alguns aqui no Brasil, e gostei muito da infraestrutura do espaço de vocês … Como é super organizado, limpo, e o espaço atrás que facilita muito pra pessoas que trabalham falando ficarem isoladas dos que não estão no telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o espaço maravilhoso, instalações boas e ambiente agradável, porém ao chegar no Co-working eu e meu amigo fomos mudados de sala 3 vezes e por 2 vezes fui chamado à atenção por estar fazendo calls, o que achei falta de educação, pois trabalho remoto e passo boa parte do tempo em reuniões online. Se não pode fazer calls fora da sala de reunião que avise antes!
Enfim, estava só falando de maneira normal e não acho que co-working deva ser igual a uma biblioteca. Infelizmente a maioria dos serviços no RJ são mt ruins e eu como Carioca não vou e não consigo me acostumar a ser mal tratado como cliente! Fica ai a reclamação!
I thought the space was wonderful, good facilities and a pleasant environment, but when I arrived at the Co-working my friend and I were changed rooms 3 times and twice I was called to attention for making calls, which I thought was impolite, as I work remote and I spend a lot of time in online meetings. If you cannot make calls outside the meeting room, let me know first!
Anyway, I was just talking normally and I don't think co-working should be like a library. Unfortunately, most services in RJ are very bad and I, like Carioca, won't go and I can't get used to being treated badly as a customer! There is the complaint!

Tudo é excelente: infraestrutura muito boa (muitas tomadas em lugares diversos, internet rápida e estável - coisa importantíssima que alguns lugares não prezam), a decoração te deixa relaxado e focado, todos os banheiros e qualquer ambiente é limpíssimo, tem várias copas e locais para se trabalhar.
Eu gostei muitíssimo de uma recomendação/regra que só é permitido fazer calls em áreas externas/não compartilhadas, porque isso torna o ambiente silencioso para focar durante o trabalho e isso se vê raramente em coworkings porque sempre tem alguém fazendo reunião e falando alto. Acaba sendo um ponto muito positivo no geral (até mesmo para quem faz muitas reuniões, porque as áreas externas são muito agradáveis também). E na necessidade de algo mais privado tem várias salas para call por um preço justo.
Pra deixar a experiência ainda melhor tem um cachorrinho que anda por lá no primeiro andar, disposição de cafés de todos os tipos e uma bela vista pro Cristo Redentor na sala do Beer or Coffee Originals.
Best coworking I've ever worked!
Everything is excellent: very good infrastructure (many outlets in different places, fast and stable internet - very important thing that some places don't appreciate), the decoration makes you relaxed and focused, all the bathrooms and any environment is very clean, there are several pantries and places to work.
I really liked a recommendation/rule that it is only allowed to make calls in external/non-shared areas, because this makes the environment quiet to focus on while working and this is rarely seen in coworking spaces because there is always someone having a meeting and talking loudly. It ends up being a very positive point in general (even for those who do a lot of meetings, because the outside areas are very pleasant too). And in need of something more private, there are several rooms to call for a fair price.
To make the experience even better, there is a puppy that walks around on the first floor, an array of cafes of all kinds and a beautiful view of Christ the Redeemer in the Beer or Coffee Originals room.
