★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso para morar, segurança funcionários na vigilância educados, atenciosos, área de lazer e gourmet bem dispostos e limpos.
Até mesmo elevadores, corredores das torres são bem limpos muito bom.
A única coisa que fica ruim é na entrada/portaria, pela disposição de carros k param p pessoas descerem e não há um senso k outro veículo vai entrar e fica preso chega a ficar impedindo a calçada e metade na rua; vejo sim que a frase "é rapidinho " não funciona seja com perua escolar ou auto particular alguém podia bem sair e resolver isso quando dá esse engarrafamento em Frente a portaria.

Even elevators, tower corridors are well cleaned very good.
The only thing that gets bad is at the entrance / concierge, by the arrangement of cars k stop p people get down and there is no sense k another vehicle will get in and get stuck gets to prevent the sidewalk and half on the street; yes I see that the phrase "is quick" does not work whether with school van or private car someone could well go out and solve it when gives this traffic jam in front of the concierge.

Teriam que coloca-la em uma sala de reciclagem para ela aprender a ter bons modos quando atender as visitas dos condôminos

Preço justo, saúde financeira OK, há 1 ano sem aumento na cota condominial e áreas comuns bem cuidadas e preservadas!!!
