Fomos atendidos de forma muito estranha, a atendente parecia desinteressada e desconfortável conosco (tenho tatuagens aparentes no corpo, torço para que essa não seja a razão). Pedimos o valor da persiana, já tinhamos todas as medidas da janela conosco. A atendente não passou o valor pois alegou que estava ocupada com outro orçamento (???) e pediu meu número de celular para nos passar o valor. Bem... ja se passaram 5 dias e nunca recebi esse orçamento. Fiquei muito desapontado pelo atendimento estranho, pouco receptivo e pela falta de consideração em sequer nos enviar o orçamento que pedimos. Uma pena, perderam um cliente em potencial e ganharam essa avaliação negativa.
I went to the establishment a few days ago with my girlfriend to choose a Roman blind for our house. We were treated in a very strange way, the attendant seemed disinterested and uncomfortable with us (I have tattoos on my body, I hope this is not the reason). We asked for the value of the blind, we already had all the measurements of the window with us. The attendant did not pass the amount because she claimed she was busy with another budget (???) and asked for my cell phone number to give us the amount. Well ... it's been 5 days and I never received that budget. I was very disappointed by the strange service, not very receptive and by the lack of consideration in even sending us the budget we asked for. Too bad, they lost a potential customer and gained that negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cortina para arrumar as medidas. Pedi que retirassem de uma 10 cm e de outra 35 cm. Tiraram das duas 35 cm, ou seja destruíram minha cortina, que ficou na metade da parede da sala.
Não levem nessa loja, não estão nem aí para o cliente. Não seguem o que foi combinado. Nunca mais piso nessa loja
