★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um botijão no 0800 domingo dia 04.02.2018 as 10.30h mais ou menos O Sr Jonas avisou q entregaria dentro de uma hora depois de conferir no meu cadastro endereço. Tudo isto ja acontece a anos e até ai tudo dentro da normalidade. Por volta das 13 HORAS e como o botijão não havia sido entregue fiz contato com o O800 e fui informado da anotação do numero do prédio errado. (COMO SE MINHA FICHA NA EMPRESA É BEM ANTIGA) e devido ao horário as revendas estavam fechadas. Disse a atendente q estaria falando com A BRASILGAS e não tinha haver com revendendres. resultado . Almoçamos a comida fria e não foi feito o café para a janta. No final do atendimento solitaram notas para o atendimento e dei boas notas sem saber o q me aguardava o resto do dia.ATENÇÃO BRASILGAS .VEJA SEU ATENDIMENTO !!!!!!!!!
I ordered a canister at 0800 on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 10.30 am or so Mr. Jonas warned that he would deliver it within an hour after checking my registration address. All of this has been happening for years and until then everything has been normal. Around 1 pm and as the cylinder had not been delivered I made contact with the O800 and was informed of the notation of the number of the wrong building. (AS IF MY FILE IN THE COMPANY IS WELL OLD) and due to the time the resellers were closed. The attendant said he would be talking to A BRASILGAS and had nothing to do with resellers. result. We had cold food for lunch and coffee was not made for dinner. At the end of the service they asked for notes for the service and I gave good grades without knowing what awaited me the rest of the day. ATTENTION BRASILGAS. SEE YOUR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
