★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a passagem no ônibus "Executivo" que de "Executivo" não tinha nada. O ônibus foi lotado, chegando em Belo Horizonte alguns passageiros desembarcaram, outros embarcaram no mesmo local. Não tinha tomada para carregar o celular ( item oferecido no ônibus referido acima), paradas boas só no início da viagem. Pneu furou, demorou uma hora e meia para a troca, depois mais de uma hora na garagem para finalizar o concerto. Os motoristas são responsáveis, cuidadosos e atenciosos. A empresa precisa rever a oferta e venda das passagens. Viajar para o norte e nordeste de ônibus é cansativo, e em um ônibus ruim a viagem se transforma em um imenso transtorno.
 I bought the ticket on the "Executivo" bus that "Executivo" had nothing. The bus was packed, arriving in Belo Horizonte some passengers disembarked, others boarded at the same location. There was no outlet to charge the cell phone (item offered on the bus mentioned above), good stops only at the beginning of the trip. Tire flat, it took an hour and a half to change, then more than an hour in the garage to finish the concert. Drivers are responsible, careful and considerate. The company needs to review the offer and sale of tickets. Traveling north and northeast by bus is tiring, and on a bad bus the journey becomes a huge hassle.

Os ônibus que fazem os trajetos do Nordeste em direção à São Paulo poderiam ao menos ter o sistema de carregadores para os usuários como têm os ônibus que saem de São Paulo para o nordeste.
Great drivers, very few delays.
The buses that travel from the Northeast towards São Paulo could at least have the system of chargers for users as the buses that leave São Paulo for the northeast have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus com 11 anos de uso, deixa a desejar obviamente no quesito conforto. Não sei se todas as linhas operadas pela empresa são servidas de ônibus assim, então minha avaliação fica por conta da rota São Paulo/Bom Jesus da Lapa. Apesar do ônibus velho, não chegou a quebrar no caminho e os motoristas muito competentes e atenciosos.
Bus with 11 years of use, obviously leaves something to be desired in terms of comfort. I don't know if all the lines operated by the company are served by buses like this, so my assessment is based on the São Paulo/Bom Jesus da Lapa route. Despite the old bus, it didn't break down on the way and the drivers were very competent and attentive.
