Hoje não estou conseguindo comprar passagens pelo site liguei pro ADM me transferiram pro TI e o rapaz do TI disse que não podia me atende pq estava ocupado de mais. Não consegui comprar minha passagem! Passou da hora de abrir uma concorrência para o trajeto BH-OB!
Every time I try to resolve any issue over the phone it is extremely unpleasant! Today I'm not able to buy tickets on the site, I called the ADM, they transferred me to TI and the guy from TI said he couldn't see me because he was too busy. I couldn't buy my ticket! It is past time to open a competition for the BH-OB route!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aceitam cartão dentro dos ônibus para compra da passagem, mas não avisam no site, nem antes de embarcar. Mandaram eu entrar no ônibus e depois queriam me larga no meio da estrada, a noite, sozinha, porque não tinha dinheiro físico, apenas cartão e pix, funcionários desrespeitosos, pior empresa.
They do not accept a card on the buses to purchase the ticket, but they do not notify us on the website, not even before boarding. They told me to get on the bus and then they wanted to drop me off in the middle of the road, at night, alone, because I didn't have physical money, just a card and pix, disrespectful employees, worse company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo serviço péssimo horário não sabem trabalhar e tbm a pessoa q organiza o site para compra de passagens não sabe trabalhar pq tem ônibus aqui q nem horário dele existe precisa melhorar muito Santa Fe extremamente decepcionada. Aí oh oq eles colocam quando não tem Santa Fe pássaro verde com passagem quase o drobro do valor
Bad service, bad hours, they don't know how to work and also the person who organizes the website to buy tickets doesn't know how to work because there are buses here that don't even have a timetable needs to improve a lot Santa Fe extremely disappointed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Reduziram demais os horários na pandemia, o site não mostra os horários dos urbanos e os ônibus são tão sujos que chegam a ser INSALUBRES. É um desrespeito com os usuários. Já cheguei a dar 5 estrelas, mas hoje em dia, não rola.
Terrible. The hours in the pandemic have been reduced too much, the site does not show the schedules of urban people and the buses are so dirty that they become INSALUBRES. It is disrespectful to users. I've gotten 5 stars, but nowadays, it doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente não compensa comprar pela internet, a passagem fica mais caro e ainda você tem que enfrentar a fila pra comprar taxa de embarque. Achei uma palhaçada pq não facilita nada , tive que ficar numa fila enorme e depois sair correndo pra não perder o ônibus.
People don't pay to buy online, the ticket is more expensive and you still have to wait in line to buy a boarding fee. I thought it was a joke because it doesn't make anything easier, I had to stand in a huge queue and then run away so I wouldn't miss the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem horário esta sempre atrasado e quando algum carro quebra não colocam outro pra substituir esperam o próximo horário e amontoam todos passageirosdos dois horários, já embarquei em vários varios ônibus diferentes com cadeiras quebradas, qndo é um carro com ar condicionado a temperatura dificilmente está adequada, sempre quente e abafado. Os auxiliares de bordo não gostam de guardar bagagem e pedem pra q seja levada junto ao passageiro dentro do ônibus, com a justificativa de q o bagageiro já está cheio.
They don't keep to the schedule, it's always late and when a car breaks down, they don't put another one to replace it, they wait for the next schedule and crowd all passengers in both schedules, I've already boarded several different buses with broken chairs, when it's a car with air conditioning, the temperature is hardly adequate , always hot and stuffy. The flight attendants do not like to store luggage and ask that it be taken with the passenger on the bus, with the justification that the luggage compartment is already full.
