★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que não se importa com o bem estar de seus funcionários e "muuuuito" menos com o dos seus passageiros, oferecem a pior estrutura e funcionamento que podem, muito triste .Vocês são uma vergonha.Gostaria muito de um dia não pensar mais dessa forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa eh a pior das q fazem parte do transporte público de teresina/timon, ela é a que apresenta a maior media em termos de idade dos seus ônibus, ou seja, a que tem mais ônibus velhos, pra vcs terem uma idéia as últimas compras de coletivos que ela fez foram ônibus usados de outras capitais. Isso é um desrespeito com a população e eu bem como a maioria dad pessoas q sao obrigadas a fazer o uso do transporte público ja estamos fartos de andar em ônibus que parecem que vão se desfazer! !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou estudante do Instituto Federal de Educação ciências e tecnologias do Maranhão do horário da manhã acordo 5 horas da manhã para pegar um ônibus e chegar na escola antes de 7:10 Se não levo ocorrência hoje o ônibus chegou 7:20 além de ter chegado muito atrasado o cobrador me tratou mal acho isso um desrespeito pois não foi só eu que levei ocorrência por ter chegado tarde foi mais ou menos 10 alunos que levaram ocorrência e dependem de ônibus todos os dias para ir para a escola além de chegarem atrasado somos tratados mal pesso que reveja seus conceitos pois isso é ultrajante

Um verdadeiro roubo , tendo em vista a péssima qualidade do serviço que essa empresa oferece para os seus passageiros . Ontem mesmo passei mais de uma hora esperando um ônibus. Um verdadeiro descaso com o povo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus de péssima qualidade, caindo aos pedaços, sempre quebram, são sujos e não tem ar-condicionado em todos. Super lotação sempre. Tem poucos ônibus pra quantidade de passageiros. Funcionários estressados. Motoristas que não gostam de seguir a rota do ônibus. Ninguém merece.
Poor quality buses, falling apart, always break down, are dirty and have no air conditioning at all. Super stocking always. There are few buses for the amount of passengers. Stressed employees. Drivers who do not like to follow the bus route. Nobody deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os ônibus que fazem linha para o Lourival almeida não estão cumprindo com o itinerário,hoje 18/09/20 às 19:00 precisei pegar o ônibus pra trabalhar e o motorista da linha 163 alegou que a última viagem era as 17:30,que já estava encerrando,logo eu profissional da área da saúde fico impossibilitado de me deslocar para meu trabalho,um verdadeiro descaso para com o usuário!! Lourival almeida-timon!!
