★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente não é treinada para passar informações. Desliga o telefone na cara do cliente, e depois que o cliente retorna, não atende mais o telefone. É um absurdo que um órgão como a COMPESA não tenha qualidade nem nos atendimentos. E trate o cliente basicamente como um fardo na hora do atendimento. Isso ocorreu hoje 21/02/2022. A atendente é super mal educada, e faz e trabalha do jeito que quer. To tentando retornar e até agora NADA de ser atendido.
The attendant is not trained to pass on information. Hangs up the phone in the customer's face, and after the customer returns, he doesn't answer the phone anymore. It is absurd that an agency like COMPESA does not even have quality care. And treat the customer basically as a burden at the time of service. This occurred today 02/21/2022. The attendant is super rude, and does and works the way she wants. I'm trying to return and so far NOTHING to be answered.
