★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei por duas vezes um orçamento às 09h da manhã. Na primeira vez o carro estragou, me disseram que iriam atrasar, depois de duas horas disseram que não iriam mais. Até aí tudo bem. Só que no outro dia a mesma coisa, marcaram comigo às 09h, chegou perto do horário disseram que iriam atrasar, mas que estavam a caminho. Uma hora depois me mandam mensagem dizendo que tiveram outro imprevisto e nunca mais me retornaram. Se pra pedir orçamento é assim, imagina o serviço...
I booked a quote twice at 9 am. The first time the car broke down, they told me they would be late, after two hours they said they wouldn't go anymore. So far so good. But the other day the same thing, they made an appointment with me at 9 am, it got close to the time they said they would be late, but they were on their way. An hour later they send me a message saying they had another unforeseen event and never got back to me. If asking for a quote is like this, imagine the service...
