★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O empreendimento deve ficar muito bom, mas o acesso pela rua que irão criar, talvez deixe o condomínio meio isolado. A rua Barão de São Gonçalo ainda está muito ruim e não terá entrada direto pela BR. Pode ser muito suscetível a barulhos do transito da rodovia e está numa área litorânea pertencente a Marinha, gerando alguma taxa a mais a ser paga pelos moradores durante toda vida.
The development should be very good, but the access from the street that they will create, may leave the condominium a little isolated. Rua Barão de São Gonçalo is still very bad and will not have direct entry through BR. It can be very susceptible to traffic noise from the highway and is in a coastal area belonging to the Navy, generating some extra fee to be paid by residents throughout their lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito bonito, bem localizado, mas a sala dos apartamentos é um ovo. Muito pequeno mesmo! Só cabe um sofá e um painel de Tv sem o console do painel. Só o painel mesmo!
Very nice condo, well located, but the apartment room is an egg. Very small indeed! Only a sofa and a TV panel can be fitted without the panel console. Only the panel!
