★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem organizado, porém de difícil acesso para quem usa transporte público. O complexo facilita muito para o contribuinte, que encontra todas as secretarias e serviços em um só lugar.
 Well organized, but difficult to access for those using public transport. The complex makes it much easier for the taxpayer, who finds all departments and services in one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda sem telefone para contato, são várias secretarias no mesmo endereço,isso evita o andar muito, no entanto falta informações e sobram dúvidas. Exemplo Secretaria de finanças ainda está no Market place,outra parte aqui. Fazenda na prefeitura,outra parte aqui, complicado.
Still without a phone number for contact, there are several departments at the same address, this avoids walking too much, however there is a lack of information and doubts. Example Finance Secretariat is still in the Market place, another part here. Farm in the city hall, another part here, complicated.

Com certeza, a manutenção dos órgãos públicos em um único ambiente faz com que a gestão ganhe um upgrade imensurável, com economia de tempo e energia na comunicação entre os setores.
Excellent structure. Actually the Municipality of the Municipality of Jaboatão dos Guararapes erred in the choice of its administrative center. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece-me bem organizado. Só falta um sanitário com acesso geral. Nesse tempo de pandemia não há dispenser de álcool para higienização na recepção. O estacionamento é grande mas totalmente inviável do ponto de vista ambiental: só concreto, totalmente impermeabilado e nenhuma árvore.
It seems well organized to me. All it needs is a toilet with general access. In this time of a pandemic, there is no alcohol dispenser for hygiene at reception. The parking lot is large but totally unfeasible from an environmental point of view: only concrete, completely waterproofed and no trees.
