A parte externa bastante deteriorada, os quartos com TVs antigas que não funcionam e ar-condicionados barulhentos que não resfriam e o Wi-Fi é péssimo nos chalés. Só pode pagar em dinheiro, o café da manhã é fraquinho e ainda liberam a piscina para o público nos finais de semana. É um local grande, que tem potencial para ser o melhor hotel de Viçosa, mas a administração é horrível. Uma pena!
The place is beautiful, but it urgently needs a change of management. The exterior is very deteriorated, the rooms with old TVs that don't work and noisy air conditioners that don't cool and the Wi-Fi is terrible in the chalets. You can only pay in cash, the breakfast is weak and they still open the pool to the public on weekends. It's a big place, which has the potential to be the best hotel in Viçosa, but the management is horrible. A feather!
